KidsHousecalls does not participate with any insurance plans.

Claim forms are provided to assist with reimbursement. Most patients are reimbursed 50-80% of the cost by their insurance company.

Dr Edward A Kulich is committed to providing the highest quality pediatric urgent care for your children in the comfort and convenience of your own home or hotel room.

We do not contract with insurance companies and payment is expected at time of service.

We are not held responsible for any costs incurred by third parties such as labs or outpatient radiology centers or pharmacies or specialists. We do not charge for rapid tests done on site, but occasionally, more complicated tests are required to be sent to an outside laboratory, this is usually reimbursed by your insurance company and we are not responsible for the third party lab costs.

Cancellation Policy

Three Hours notice is required for a cancellation. The full cost of the visit will be billed for cancellations without 3 hours notice.
